Vendor and bill management (Checking vendor bills and clearing/approving for payments. Checking vendor bills. Responsibility for training and development of supervisors and HK staff and Security attending internal and client meetings to resolve issues)
Housekeeping & General admin
Distribution of work to subordinates.
Maintenance and Building Management.
Office maintenance especially cleanliness and hygiene.
Repairing the AHU as under maintenance and repairing the all AC.UPS/Door closer and other thinks time to time.
Day to day activities
