We are looking for Technical Recruiters (US staffing team). The person needs to be tech savvy, Proactive with good communication skills. The incumbent will be a part of US staffing team; hence will have to work in NIGHT SHIFTS.
Duties:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and Internet.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service skills and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of US Process is Preferred.
- Experience on Cold calling, new client generation.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Life Cycle for US to US Recruitments.
- US Staffing experience is an added advantage
- Positive attitude, High level of energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to handle pressure
- Fresher can also apply
(13000-15000 Pm/-) + Incentives + Cab + Meal
