Qualification:- BBA or MBA

Experience:- 1-2 years

Salary:-Rs.12,000/- to Rs.15,000/-p.m.

Job Responsibilities:-

·         Monitoring all PF, ESIC formalities.

·          Daily updating employee database.

·         Designed & implemented employee’s salary processing scheme for all the employees.

·          Maintaining leave records.

·          Releasing the salary payout monthly.

·          Salary processing and ensuring timely, payment of salaries

·          MIS generation & Tracking method.

·          Preparation of required MIS reports to management as per prescribed timelines.

·         Handling queries from all the Associates regarding Salaries, PF & ESIC, follow-up etc.
