Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
Build a pool of highly skilled technical candidates by utilizing the company database, internet sources, networking and other recruiting sources;
Screen and interview potential candidates;
Extend and negotiate offers to selected candidates;
Partner with the sales team to understand and qualify client requirements and evaluate candidates against those requirements;
Effectively build and maintain active and ongoing relationships with clients and prospects; and
Understand and qualify candidate/client requirements through detailed communication and analysis.
Required Experience/Abilities
Must have a completed Bachelor's degree
6 months to 2 years of successful staffing/ recruiting experience;
Strong candidate sourcing experience, cold-calling; using internet sources; networking, etc.;
Self-motivated, driven, and energetic with an exceptional work ethic;
A positive attitude with the ability to handle candidate/client objections;
An aptitude toward sales, or an interest in learning sales;
The ability to project confidence and enthusiasm over the telephone and in person;
Willingness and ability to work in a very fast paced work environment; and
The ability to problem solve and think creatively.
Preferred Experience/Abilities
Previous full-cycle IT recruiting experience;
Recruiting and/or staffing industry experience; and
Candidates interested in growing into a staffing sales role will be preferred.
