Warehouse Operations and Collateral Management

1. Handling Warehousing operations.

2. Coordinate with Supervisors, Operation Officer’s to determine operational issues

and design reports to meet data analysis needs.

3. Undertake surprise audits at various warehouse locations to physically verify the

commodities, dead stock, Consumables and document the same (It includes but

not limited to daily transaction register, weighbridge register, stack wise register,

gate pass register and CAD, CDD, CDF, CHR and MIS transactions).

4. Manage distribution system of warehouse

5. Successfully implement company SOP’s for better preservation of commodities,

ensuring safety etc.

6. Monitor working of all Warehouse employees, staff and supervisors.

7. Move inventory to various locations of warehouse by coordinating with

Warehouse manager /in charge with the help of mechanical equipment operators

includes fork lift, pallet jack, and handcart.

8. Assume responsibility for delivery of all items received by warehouse to proper

location on a regular basis.

9. Evaluate complaints received on shipments and take appropriate action / report

the same to the Operations Manager
