REQUIREMENT:

OPERATIONS MANAGER / TEAM LEAD

 Managing team in Booking loads with the customer.

 Making initial calls to survey the freight market trends.

 Providing proper training to the team, handling team problems and motivating

them to achieve monthly targets.

 Maintain accurate records of all activity, ensuring freight paperwork is complete

and approved prior to transportation

 Preparing monthly team reports.

 Develop new sales strategies to generate leads, improve business, and develop a

sales Plan.

 Keeping a track on team performance and taking necessary steps to improve their

performance.
